1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a product enquiry, purchasing a service, or using Automasteri, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Scope

Automasteri provides product sales routing, product implementation, mentoring, onboarding, and support around Reji-owned products and related business systems. The exact scope is confirmed after product enquiry or written quotation.

3. Product Enquiry and Qualification

Product enquiry submission does not guarantee acceptance, pricing, delivery timeline, or eligibility for every product. Automasteri may recommend the most suitable product path based on the business details provided.

4. Payments and Delivery

Payments, milestones, and delivery timelines are confirmed in the accepted quote, invoice, or written service agreement. Third-party fees, domain fees, ad spend, and external platform charges are not included unless explicitly stated.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate business details, access approvals, brand assets, timely feedback, and required platform permissions. Delays in these items can delay implementation.

6. Results Disclaimer

Automasteri improves systems, follow-up, and implementation quality, but does not guarantee specific revenue, leads, rankings, ad performance, or business outcomes. Results depend on offer, market, budget, response speed, and execution.

7. Intellectual Property

Automasteri materials, frameworks, implementation checklists, and internal workflows remain the intellectual property of Automasteri or the relevant Reji-owned product unless a written agreement says otherwise.

8. Conduct and Support

Support and mentoring require respectful communication. Automasteri may refuse or stop service for abusive behavior, misuse, fraud, or violation of platform rules.
